Sonia Baughman will be joining Southern Hills Hospital as the facility's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective December 27th. Sonia comes to Southern Hills from HCA’s Summerville Medical Center in Summerville, South Carolina, where she served as CFO since December 2019.
Sonia has also worked at HCA’s Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, first as Controller and then as Assistant CFO.
In each of her positions, Sonia has successfully worked with team members to grow service lines, recruit physicians, balance budgets and bring new innovations to her facilities.
Sonia earned her Bachelors of Science in Professional Accounting, her Masters of Business Administration, and her Masters of Accountancy all from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida. She is looking forward to relocating to Las Vegas, NV with her husband and kids.
