Las Vegas, NV- (December 4th, 2021)- Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center wants to congratulate ICU Nurse, Jordan Racine on being our quarter 4 Daisy Award Winner.

Jordan was nominated by the family of one of her patients. This patient was in our intensive care unit (ICU) and even though the family was extremely worried they said Jordan helped them. In the nomination they mentioned how special Jordan is and said she cared for not only their family member but their entire family.

Here is the nomination:

“Jordan is an extremely special nurse! She has done nothing but go above and beyond to help my family out. She has kept us informed as to what is going on at all time. She showed compassion to the entire family during this tough time of dealing with our very sick loved one. During this difficult time she has truly made it just a little easier for us. She has taken time to explain to us not only the things that are happening but what to expect to see. She also took the time to explain what things meant and why procedures are done. She never one made us feel like we were annoying her or like she didn’t have the time for us. She never left the room without making sure that we, as her family, understood and had our questions answered. Jordan is a very special person to have at your facility and will never be forgotten for all that she has done. Thank you so much Jordan!”

Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center wants to thank Jordan Racine for her outstanding care that left a lasting impression on the family of this patient.
