What: Southern Hills Hospital will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for new free standing Emergency Room

Why: As the Las Vegas community grows, Southern Hills Hospital wants to give people more choice in their healthcare. This new freestanding emergency room means patients don’t have to go to a hospital to receive emergency care, it will allow residents to seek care in their own neighborhood. The new facility will serve the fast growing area when it opens June 11th. The 24-hour facility will operate as a fully-integrated department of Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center, while serving patients in a convenient, off-site location.
On June 9th, come see the latest in emergency technology and meet the compassionate care team who will be manning ER at S. Las Vegas Blvd. There will be drinks and a snow cone truck as well.
